Refund Policy

PawLatto offers refunds under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Custom or personalised products are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Opened pet food, used grooming products, and custom items cannot be refunded.
